PSH (LITS)

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is permanent housing in which housing assistance (e.g., long-term leasing or rental assistance) and supportive services are provided to assist households with at least one member (adult or child) with a disability in achieving housing stability.

Street Outreach

Street Outreach activities are designed to meet the immediate needs of people experiencing homelessness in unsheltered locations by connecting them with emergency shelter, housing, or critical services, and providing them with urgent, non-facility-based care.

The Homeless Resource Center (HRC)

The Homeless Resource Center is open Monday- Friday from 8:30AM - 12:30PM. The center provides showers, laundry services, hygiene products, and supportive services for unsheltered individuals. Clients can receive mail and pickup during office hours. Additionally, there is a landline phone available for use as well as Wi-Fi.

With this first cool front and rain our clients will be in need of light jackets, hoodies, hats, gloves and sweat shirts.  Rain ponchos, chap stick, backpacks and duffel bags.  


GENTLY USED AND CLEAN OR NEW ITEMS ARE APPRECIATED.  


We are open 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, Friday after 12:30 p.m. the doors are locked for administrative work time, please call in advance if you would like to drop off then.
