Jamar Allen

My name is Jamar Allen. I was born and raised in CenLa. I am a graduate of ASH high school, and a proud NAVY veteran. Previously, I was a house monitor for VOA in transitional housing for persons with mental illness. I started working with CenLa’s homeless population in February 2024 and have enjoyed it since the start. I get fulfillment from meeting the clients during street outreach and hearing their history and seeing them succeed in their goals.
